Honduras: Juticalpa is Getting a New School

This project, which began in March 2020, was finally completed. On October 31, the school with two classrooms was inaugurated.

If you recall, the children had no school, and their classrooms were leaning against the walls of a factory. Shortly after construction began, the pandemic hit. Unfortunately, the craftsman we initially had passed away from Covid at the start. After that, we searched for a new craftsman, but then the Covid lockdowns came into effect.

When we finally found a new contractor, the local government summoned all builders to construct a new hospital to care for the sick.

As a result, the construction took almost 18 months… but we never gave up.

Here, you can see the joy of students and teachers as they finally have their own school.
