Nepal: Khathmandu update

In November, we successfully completed our Nepal project—the much-needed renovation of the sanitary facilities at Shree Bal Bikash Lower Secondary School in Kathmandu. The project took just 3½ weeks to complete, with a total cost of approximately €2,800. Construction began in October and posed a significant physical challenge for the six men and women involved. They not only had to remove the old washbasins and toilets but also had to break up the floor in several areas to locate and repair a faulty water pipe.
